In the late 1970s Dr. Lowry started his small dental practice in Boise, Idaho. As his practice grew, so did his young sons, all of whom eventually followed in his footsteps and joined the practice as dentists themselves. On the backs of Yellowpages advertising and word-of-mouth the practice thrived. But, as we know, the times a changed. Suddenly Yellowpages wasn’t enough to drive new business. Although word-of-mouth was still strong, the Lowry family knew something had to be done to bring in new patients on a consistent basis.
